제주도의 기후와 환경적 특성을 반영하여, 거주자의 프라이버시를 보장하면서도 편리한 실내 주차 공간과 진입 공간을 마련했습니다.

Similarly, to ensure low energy consumption in the building, we have applied high-performance insulation technologies and materials in key areas such as doors, windows, and walls. This includes low thermal transmittance triple-glazed windows, high-density insulated walls, and optimized sealing structures to minimize energy loss. Additionally, the roof and floors are designed with insulation and moisture-proofing features to maintain a constant indoor temperature during both cold winters and hot summers, reducing reliance on air conditioning and heating systems.
마찬가지로, 건물의 에너지 소비를 최소화하기 위해 창호와 벽체 등 주요 부위에 고성능 단열 기술과 자재를 적용했습니다.
3중 유리 시스템 창호, 고밀도 단열 벽체, 최적화된 기밀 구조 등을 통해 열 손실을 최소화했으며,
지붕과 바닥 역시 단열과 방습 성능을 강화하여 겨울에는 따뜻하고 여름에는 시원한 실내 환경을 유지할 수 있도록 설계했습니다.
이를 통해 냉난방에 대한 의존도를 효과적으로 줄였습니다.

Inside the building, we have extensively used high-quality natural materials such as solid wood flooring, natural stone, and eco-friendly paints. These choices not only create a warm and comfortable living environment but also effectively reduce the emission of harmful chemicals, improving indoor air quality.
건물 내부에는 원목 바닥재, 천연 석재, 친환경 페인트 등 고급 천연 소재를 폭넓게 사용했습니다.
이러한 선택은 따뜻하고 쾌적한 주거 환경을 조성할 뿐만 아니라, 유해 화학물질의 방출을 효과적으로 줄여 실내 공기질을 향상시켜 줍니다.
